My name is Crista Braun, The founder of Fairytale Boutique. As a mother and cheer coach I found a passion for making bows many years ago. When one of my oldest children was only 5 years old, I would design her princess themed bows, that she would say are “magical mommy.” Everyday she would wear them to school with pride, and my love for bows grew. As a sideline cheer coach I started to design my team bows, and quickly got a reputation for having fun, fan-favorite bows. I now Co-Own Camas Washougal Youth Cheer and get the pleasure of keeping the bow creations going with customizable comp. style bows. Fairytale Creations has been a fairytale to me, Bows are my creative passion, and I love them!

I proudly wear many hats outside of my creative passion for designing. I am a Girl-Scout leader in my small community, a mother of 7 beautiful children, a wife, Cheer Coach for 7 years+, and I have a career in the nursing field. Creating a beautiful world in different ways, is my life’s work.

Advocacy is also a huge part of my life, and always has been. I am currently a member of the Downtown Camas Association, and The Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce. In February of 2025, I spent a week in Washington DC at a Legislative Summit doing advocacy work representing WA State students on Capital Hill, speaking with congresspeople and senators about student needs.

I believe strongly in protecting all children inclusively and advocate for children with Autism with a fervor, as a mother of a beautiful Autistic child.

It is my dream to make all children feel the beauty of magic, in Nursing, in Cheerleading, and in their bows!
